SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, with primary focus on Belgium.
Shipping Times
- Belgium: 2-3 working days
- EU Countries: 5-7 working days
- Processing time: 1-2 business days before shipment
Shipping Costs
- Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €80, otherwise €7.95
- EU Countries: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using this number.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@deminteriorlabels.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
