Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received
- Original labels and packaging must be intact
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

2. We will provide return instructions and address
3. Package items securely for return shipping
4. Return shipping costs are at customer's expense

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We will notify you once your return has been received and processed

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately at contact@deminteriorlabels.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
